Payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of Order or before delivery.
We deliver to the Delivery Location within the agreed period or within 30 days of Contract formation.
If we fail to deliver on time, you may treat the Contract as ended and receive refunds.
You may cancel or reject delivered Goods under certain conditions.
Delivery outside UK regions may incur import duties or taxes.
Goods may be delivered in instalments.
Failure to accept delivery may result in storage and redelivery charges.
Goods become your responsibility upon delivery.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.
If payment is overdue or bankruptcy steps occur, we may cancel delivery and reclaim Goods.
You may withdraw the Order before Contract formation without liability.
Distance Contracts allow cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
Exceptions: custom-made or perishable Goods, or Goods inseparably mixed with others.
Cancellation must be communicated clearly; model forms may be used.
Refunds will include all payments except supplementary delivery costs.
Deductions may apply for loss in value due to unnecessary handling.
Reimbursement will use the same payment method and will be completed within 14 days.
Return of Goods must occur within 14 days; costs are borne by you.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and conform to descriptions.
Manufacturer guarantees are provided and do not reduce legal rights.
Either party may transfer benefits of this Contract.
Supplier is liable for acts of subcontractors performing its duties.
Party affected by events beyond reasonable control will notify the other and obligations are suspended as reasonable.
Does not affect Customer’s rights to delivery or cancellation.
We comply with GDPR.

Data Controller obligations are respected in accordance with Data Protection Laws.
