As all items are handmade to order, we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period. If you change your mind within this time, written or verbal confirmation from the customer is required.
In extraordinary circumstances, if you are unhappy with your purchase after delivery, an exchange may be offered at the discretion of JMH Beds. Exchanges are limited to the value of the original item and a £150 handling fee will apply to cover courier charges. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Certain items are exempt from return. Mattresses are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag and, once the seal is broken, the mattress cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and comply with Online Distance Selling Regulations. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please contact us directly.
If a fault is discovered, it will be covered under our one-year manufacturer’s warranty, which begins from the date you sign for delivery.
