Due to all items being handmade to order, we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period. Should you change your mind about your purchase within this time, we require written or verbal communication from the customer.
In extraordinary circumstances, if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item once delivered, an exchange may be possible at the discretion of JMH Beds. Any exchange will be limited to the value of the original item and will incur a £150 handling fee to cover courier charges. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Mattresses are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag, and once the seal is broken, the mattress cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item and advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
In compliance with Online Distance Selling Regulations, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging.
If a fault is discovered, it will fall under the one-year manufacturer’s warranty, which begins on the date you sign for delivery.
