Any exchange will be limited to the value of the original item and will incur a £150 handling fee to cover courier charges. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Mattresses are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag, and once the seal is broken, the mattress cannot be returned or exchanged.
